Take a look at the item again:

Piling into the car, Jorge and his friends drove to Little Anthony's Pizzeria (A) and gorged on house specialties, (B)such as, (C) garlic knots, meatballs, and sausage pizza.

You wanted to do this:

Piling into the car, Jorge and his friends drove to Little Anthony's Pizzeria and gorged on house specialties such as, garlic knots, meatballs, and sausage pizza.

Removing the comma after specialties is an error. Such as garlic knots ... is an afterthought phrase that you need to connect with a comma to the main clause in front.

You might want to review the rules.
